River Teign Singing Group – Reclaiming singing as your birthright  🎶

This is the singing group you’ve been waiting for! A fun, relaxed, inclusive and totally no-pressure space for anyone who would like to find or develop their singing voice and experience the joy of singing together in harmony. 

No need to read music and no previous experience required. We work on simple songs from around the world, taught by ear, with parts to suit all abilities from novice to accomplished and at a pace that everyone can follow. There is always something you can contribute no matter your level or confidence – come and try it out! 

We build up a repertoire of songs that you will then always be able to sing, alone or with others. We will also work with tools and exercises to develop breathing technique for voice control to help you improve your singing voice. Whether you are a beginner or experience singer, you will learn skills that will help you feel relaxed and connected in other areas of your life as well.

Singing brings joy to the heart, creates connection and bonding, and is good for health and happiness.  💜

Everyone welcome, keen children also with a participating adult.

Thereafter £8 per session (children £6). 

Weekly classes during school terms, Mondays 7pm to 9pm in Bridford Village Hall.
